📋 Veel Taxi Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation
- All trips booked through Veel Taxi can be cancelled
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled journey
- Free cancellation available for bookings cancelled in advance
Cancellation Fees
⚠️ Important: Cancellation fees apply only when the taxi has already arrived at your location
One-time Cancellation Fee
(Payable to driver when taxi is already at pickup location)
Booking Modifications
- Modify planned time, vehicle type, and destination
- Changes must be requested 8 hours before pickup time
- No modifications allowed within 8 hours of pickup
- Vehicle type changes subject to availability
No-Show Policy
🚫 No refunds for no-show customers who don't inform Veel Taxi of schedule changes 8 hours before pickup
How to Make Changes

- Provide your booking ID number for reference
- Request must be made at least 8 hours before pickup
💰 Veel Taxi Refund Policy
This refund policy applies only for drivers who make payments with us.
Refund Eligibility
- Complaints like "Mistakenly transferred" or "Double debited"
- Must be reported within 10 working days
- Proper supporting documents required
✅ Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive proper supporting documents for your complaint, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.
❌ Refunds (Not Applicable): You cannot claim refund for payments made more than 30 days ago.
